New Show with Jack Black and Kyle Gass (Tenacious D) – Festival Supreme: The Podumentary Supreme

Recently I partnered with the great folks at Howl, Tenacious D (Jack Black, Kyle Gass, and their excellent team), and Nick Thorburn (from the band Islands and composer of the Serial podcast) to create an epic documentary.

It’s now available on Howl, and it’s called “Festival Supreme: The Podumentary Supreme.”

I produced and directed this doc, and Nick hosts. Part 1 takes us behind the scenes of Festival Supreme, Jack and Kyle’s ongoing music and comedy festival, with very special guests like Mystery Science Theater 3000, Kids in the Hall, Kristen Schaal, Aubrey Plaza and MANY more. In Part 2, we talk with Jack and Kyle in the studio about the fest, and other stuff, too.

It was just named one of the best shows of the week by the AV Club, and we’re very proud of the way it all came together.

Best of all, you can listen to it for FREE, along with the rest of the great content on Howl (including the WTF and Earwolf archives), if you use the promo code SUPREME to get a free month of access. Check it out!

Below are the full 1-minute versions of the Playoff and Championship game spots. Very cool stuff!
